Eligibility and product limits described in the document:
ALL of the following
- Issue age: 40-85 (applicants must be between ages 40 and 85 to purchase Protector 2022).
- Acceptance basis: Simplified issue — acceptance is based on answers to a few simple health questions and other information the applicant provides or allows the company to obtain; no customary medical exams or blood/urine tests are required.
Face amount / premium options
- Level-premium face amount: $3,000 to $50,000 (available for ages 40-85).
- Single-premium face amount: up to $250,000 (subject to single premium maximum limits by issue age).
- Single-premium maximum limits: For issue ages 40-80, maximum single premium is the lesser of $250,000 death benefit or $100,000 premium; for issue ages 81-85 maximum premium is $25,000.
- Premium modes: single, annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly by automatic bank draft.
- Premium guarantees: Guaranteed fixed-level premiums — the premium paid today will be the same in later years if paid as required.
- Coverage guarantees: Guaranteed lifetime coverage — coverage cannot be terminated while premiums are paid and policy loans do not exceed total cash value.
- Special product note: Protector Graded Death Benefit has a modified benefit period for the first three policy years.
