Background
Nutrition and dietary counseling is intended for members whose weight impacts health and lifestyle. The benefit was developed with WHA clinicians to support members struggling with weight-related illness — including obesity, eating disorders, or significant weight loss due to secondary medical conditions — and to assist with nutrition, diet, and lifestyle changes in collaboration with WHA doctors and network nutritionists or registered dietitians.
