File all claims addressed to the S.C. Medicare Administrator to the S.C. Medicare Administrator; any other claims must be filed directly to the Administrator (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina). The Administrator receives claims filed to the S.C. Medicare Administrator and provides administrative claims payment services only and does not assume financial risk for claims.
