Extra prescriptions authorized for requests made within 29 days of bulletin issuance
Authorization is granted for dispensing or coverage of extra prescription medications when a request is made within 29 days of the issuance of Bulletin 26-B-03; this 29-day window may be extended if the Commissioner issues an order extending the period.
- Valid for prescription medication requests made within 29 days of issuance of this bulletin.
- May be extended by an order issued by the Commissioner.
