Nursing Facility Enrollment
Nursing Facility providers must comply with:

ICF/IID Enrollment
ICF/IID providers must comply with:

Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility Enrollment
Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility providers must comply with:
ALL of the following
- Meet all applicable requirements outlined in Miss. Admin. Code Title 23, Part 200, Chapter 4.
- Comply with applicable state statutes: Miss. Code Ann. §§ 43-13-121; 43-13-117; 43-13-118; 43-13-129.
- Comply with applicable federal regulations: 42 C.F.R. § 441, Subpart D; 42 C.F.R. § 441.151.
