OpenPayer is powered by Trek Health's payer performance platform. Trek continuously ingests, validates, and normalizes Transparency in Coverage data alongside payer policies and other commercial payer data to create a structured payer intelligence foundation. OpenPayer uses this foundation to deliver personalized search results, dynamically generated policy pages, and tailored policy monitoring based on each user's payers, specialties, billing codes, and areas of interest. The same intelligence powers broader payer performance workflows, including reimbursement benchmarking, contract evaluation, payer negotiations, and financial decision-making.

    Meeting Purpose and Context

This agenda documents a special called virtual meeting of the Kentucky Medicaid Pharmacy & Therapeutics Advisory Committee scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. (Eastern). The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams webinar and will review new products proposed for market, consider recommended changes to multiple therapeutic classes, and conduct a consent agenda for classes with no recommended changes.

Items listed for committee review include single-product submissions (examples on the agenda: Zelsuvmi, Vykat XR, Tryptyr, Andembry, Sephience, Anzupgo, and Ekterly), as well as therapeutic classes with recommended changes (for example, acne agents, antiemetics, CAM antagonists, immunomodulators for atopic dermatitis, stimulants, GLP-1 receptor agonists, oral antivirals, and COPD agents).
