Coverage, Exclusions, and Windstorm Conditions
inv-01: Covered Property and Coverages
Covered Property means the types of property for which a Limit of Insurance is shown in the Declarations. Coverage applies only to items listed below and remains subject to exclusions and any specific Declaration provisions.

inv-02: Property Not Covered / Exclusions
The following property types and situations are expressly not covered under this policy unless specifically listed and insured in the Declarations.
inv-03: Windstorm coverage criteria and conditions
Windstorm (wind or hail during a Hurricane as defined) coverage is subject to the following rules, extensions, limits, timing, and conditions.

Agreement and Provider Restrictions
Agreement — insurer obligation to provide coverage
We will provide the insurance described in this policy in return for the premium and compliance with all applicable provisions of this policy.
Assignment of Benefits restriction for repair vendors
Any person or entity that performs repairs or remediation to property insured under this policy is not entitled to perform the repairs or remediation, or to receive compensation for services, using an assignment of benefits or any instrument that transfers any rights after loss under this policy without our prior written consent.
- Repair/remediation vendors must obtain the insurer's prior written consent before accepting an assignment of benefits or any post‑loss transfer of rights.
- Failure to secure prior written consent may result in denial of payment to the vendor and refusal to recognize an assignment of benefits.
