Updates nuclear pharmacy technician ratio language from 3:1 to 4:1.

Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) Assignment & Provider Impact
PIC assignment exemption for RMOPs — PIC may serve multiple sites
Adds Remote Medication Order Processing (RMOP) pharmacies to the list of licensed pharmacies exempt from the rule limiting a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to serving in no more than one pharmacy at a time; allows a PIC to be assigned to multiple sites when one or more are RMOP licensed.
- Purpose: to make RMOP licenses more accessible for rural hospitals with limited pharmacists and to provide appropriate PIC accountability.
- Operational effect: PICs may serve more than one site if an RMOP license is involved.
