This memorandum provides the updated State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026 hospital provider fee payment schedule and quarterly due dates for hospital providers; it is addressed to hospital CEOs and CFOs and includes contact information for Department staff.

Example facility entries
- Facility line includes an 'Annual SFY 2026 Fee Amount' value and four quarterly due amounts (1st Qtr Due 9/30/25; 2nd Qtr Due 12/31/25; 3rd Qtr Due 3/31/26; 4th Qtr Due 6/30/26).
- Quarterly installment amounts are shown for each quarter and sum to the annual fee amount for the facility (per entries in the schedule).
- Schedule effective as of February 12, 2026 and presented as the SFY 2026 Hospital Provider Fee payment schedule.
Hospital fee entries
Fee entries for individual facilities include the annual SFY 2026 fee amount and four quarterly due amounts with specified due dates.

- Each hospital line lists the facility identifier/name and an 'Annual SFY 2026 Fee Amount' (numeric).
- Four quarterly entries are provided for each facility with due dates: 1st Qtr Due 9/30/25; 2nd Qtr Due 12/31/25; 3rd Qtr Due 3/31/26; 4th Qtr Due 6/30/26.
- Quarterly amounts are shown as numeric installment values for each due date (examples: HOSP611 annual 23,395,291 with 1st–4th quarter installments 5,848,822 / 5,848,823 / 5,848,823 / 5,848,823).
- Other example entries: HOSP510/HOSP329 show annual fee 3,327,354 with quarterly installments (1st Qtr 831,837; subsequent quarters shown), and HOSP414/HOSP404 show annual 526,022 with quarterly installments (1st Qtr 131,504; others 76,744/76,744/76,744 as listed).

Provider payment schedule notice
An updated SFY 2026 Hospital Provider Fee payment schedule is attached and will also be located on the Department of Community Health's website at www.dch.georgia.gov under Providers → Provider types → Hospital providers → Provider Fee. Quarterly fee payment schedule (memo entries)
The memorandum lists quarterly due dates and corresponding installment amounts for SFY 2026 hospital provider fees: 1st Qtr Due 9/30/25, 2nd Qtr Due 12/31/25, 3rd Qtr Due 3/31/26, and 4th Qtr Due 6/30/26, with facility-specific amounts shown for each quarter.
- Example schedule entries include repeated quarter labels and amounts per facility (1st–4th quarter due dates and installment values).

The attached schedule provides facility-specific Annual SFY 2026 Fee Amounts and the four quarterly installment amounts with due dates (1st Qtr Due 9/30/25; 2nd Qtr Due 12/31/25; 3rd Qtr Due 3/31/26; 4th Qtr Due 6/30/26).
- Example: Wayne Memorial Hospital (HOSP538) — Annual SFY 2026 Fee Amount = 1,062,222; 1st Qtr Due 9/30/25 = 265,554; 2nd Qtr Due 12/31/25 = 265,556; 3rd Qtr Due 3/31/26 = 265,556; 4th Qtr Due 6/30/26 = 265,556.
- Example: Wellstar Cobb Hospital (HOSP546) — Annual SFY 2026 Fee Amount = 12,802,492; quarterly installments = 3,200,623 each.
- Example: Wellstar Douglas Hospital (HOSP312) — Annual SFY 2026 Fee Amount = 3,192,147 (quarterly amounts shown in schedule).
