Louisiana Blue and HMO Louisiana members will receive Quallent adalimumab products at $0 out-of-pocket when filled with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, subject to Quallent Pharmaceuticals copay program eligibility requirements. Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is owned by Express Scripts.
