Process renewals and terminations via NIPR for 2026
Process all company appointment renewals and terminations through NIPR.com for 2026. For questions about NIPR processes, contact NIPR at 855-674-6477 or support@nipr.com. Note that NIPR and the Department will not process new appointments after May 22, 2026 to prepare for renewal processing.

Contact License Division if you cannot renew via NIPR
If a company cannot complete renewals electronically through NIPR during the renewal period, the company must contact the Arkansas Insurance Department License Division during the renewal period (May 29, 2026–July 1, 2026) to explain why; paper checks will be returned unprocessed.
- Renewal period: May 29, 2026–June 30, 2026 (contact window extends to July 1, 2026).
- Payment accepted only by credit card, e-check, or EFT; paper checks will be returned unprocessed.
- Any company attempting renewal after July 1, 2026 must contact the Arkansas Insurance Department.
