Establishes required fees for various insurer filings and examinations administered by the Alabama Department of Insurance; rescinds Bulletin No. 2021-08 and applies to all insurers subject to Department filings.
Bulletin No. 2021-08 dated July 29, 2021, is rescinded and replaced by this Bulletin.
The Department requires specific fees for filings such as annual financial statements, quarterly financial statements, Market Conduct Annual Statement (MCAS), Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure (CGAD), ORSA, and Insurance Data Security Certification.
Fees are to be submitted contemporaneous with each filing and payment submission details are provided on the Department website.
