For CAR-T and TIL therapies, follow the OptumHealth Transplant Solutions criteria and the Transplantation Services benefit. Coverage determinations require submission of documentation per those clinical guidelines (see Clinical Guideline: Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell Therapy or Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) Cell Therapy) and verification against the member's benefits.
