Items that are not identified as reasonable and necessary in the member's individualized Housing Support Plan are excluded from coverage. Similarly, items that the member is able to pay for are not eligible for payment under this policy. Coverage depends on all conditions being met in the Housing Support Plan and the member's demonstrated financial inability to obtain the item.
