Instructions and algorithm for HHS-developed 'Do It Yourself' software to calculate enrollee risk scores under the HHS risk adjustment models for the 2018 benefit year; intended for issuers of individual and small group market plans and others operating the HHS models.
Model classification updated from V04 to V05 HHS-HCC with HCC 37 split into HCC 37_1 (Chronic Viral Hepatitis C) and HCC 37_2 (Chronic Hepatitis, Except Chronic Viral Hepatitis C).
Prescription Drug Categories (RXCs) and RXC interactions were added to the adult models for the 2018 benefit year.
