Multiple preamble cross-references, terminology, and typographical errors in the Exchanges final rule are corrected (e.g., §155.200(a)/(b) → §155.205(a)/(b); 'qualified employers' → 'qualified employees'; various §155.260 cross-reference corrections).
Preamble language referencing 'personally identifiable health information' changed to 'personally identifiable information' and a cross-reference to §155.260(a) replaced with OMB Memorandum M-07-16.
Clarification that QHP issuer must terminate coverage retroactive to last day of first month of grace period if premium not paid.
