This policy governs coverage, provider requirements, billing, and authorization for Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) for eligible members from birth up to age 3 enrolled in Mass General Brigham commercial plans or the MGB ACO; providers must be Massachusetts DPH-approved.
