Clinical review criteria for naturopathy (Non-Medicare Members) — covered when listed conditions are documented and treatment progress is demonstrated as required:
Each referral is considered case-by-case; requests outside these criteria may be considered with clear documentation of objective improvement and a detailed treatment plan.
Treatment progress reports must be submitted after the second visit, or at intervals specified in the referral, demonstrating benefit of treatment for continuation of care.
