Required CMN fields include: confirmation of diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea, numeric AHI or RDI values from the diagnostic study, results from a CPAP trial performed at the optimum therapeutic pressure (including treatment AHI/RDI and lowest oxygen saturation during the trial), documentation whether CPAP corrected any dysrhythmia, and any additional relevant diagnoses or clinical rationale.
