New quantity limits of 15 tablets or capsules per dispensing at retail and home delivery were added for multiple benzodiazepine and related agents (doral/quazepam; estazolam; flurazepam; triazolam/halcion; temazepam/restoril).
Quantity limits for zaleplon 10 mg capsules were changed to 30 capsules per dispensing at retail and 90 per dispensing at home delivery (previously 60 retail / 180 home delivery).
Policy statement was updated to note that one-time approvals are provided for 30 days in duration; no criteria changes.
