Covered when ALL of the following are met
A and B
- A: Patient is currently receiving carbidopa/levodopa therapy.
- B: Ongentys is prescribed by or in consultation with a neurologist.
Ongentys requires prescription by or consultation with a physician who specializes in the condition being treated due to required evaluation and monitoring.
