For Essential Hypertension, Moderately Severe to Severe: added requirement that patient has tried four antihypertensive therapies, each from different pharmacologic classes.
For Essential Hypertension, Moderately Severe to Severe: added requirement that for each prior agent the patient had either inadequate efficacy or an adverse event warranting discontinuation.
For Uncomplicated Malignant Hypertension: added the same 4-class prior therapy requirement and inadequate efficacy/adverse event condition.
Added 'Tourette Syndrome' to the Conditions Not Covered list.
