Member is age ≥ 12 years.
Prior topical therapy (ALL of the following)
- Two formulary medium- to very-high potency topical corticosteroids, each used for ≥ 2 weeks (unless contraindicated).

Background

Abrocitinib (Cibinqo) is an oral Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older with refractory moderate‑to‑severe atopic dermatitis not adequately controlled with other systemic therapies, including biologics. It is not recommended in combination with other JAK inhibitors, biologic immunomodulators, or other immunosuppressants. Boxed warnings include serious infections, mortality, malignancy, major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), and thrombosis.
