Eligibility criteria for SDR
- Diagnosis: Spastic diplegia, or spastic quadriplegia with no significant ataxia or dystonia
- Functional level: GMFCS level II or III
- Age greater than 2 years and less than 10 years
- Strength: No significant muscle weakness
