Agent must be prescribed by or in consultation with a physician who specializes in the condition being treated (hemophilia specialist).

FDA-Approved Indication: Hemophilia B

Approve the requested agent for 1 year if prescribed by/with a hemophilia specialist; approve ONE of the following dosing regimens as applicable to the product.
