Maintain and document that CT imaging and the supporting systems meet the policy's minimum technical requirements: CT images must be transmitted in real-time or near real-time (less than two minutes) to allow collaboration between telestroke specialists and the spoke site. Ensure connectivity via broadband or sufficient bandwidth for real-time image acquisition and display, that hub and spoke facilities have a PACS, and that hub monitors meet the specified resolution and pixel depth.
