There is no separate CPT code for non-computer-assisted corneal topography; CPT 92025 (computerized corneal topography) is not covered for Medicare Advantage and is not medically necessary for Commercial Products.

Computer-assisted corneal topography (photokeratoscopy/videokeratography) is excluded and considered not medically necessary for the detection or monitoring of corneal disease because the evidence is insufficient to demonstrate an improvement in net health outcome.

For Commercial Products, computer-assisted corneal topography/photokeratoscopy (including CPT 92025) is considered not medically necessary.
