The use of a multi-biomarker disease activity score for rheumatoid arthritis (e.g., Vectra DA score) is not reimbursable.

This policy does not pertain to general inflammation testing; see separate policies for ESR/CRP and ANA/ENA (CPCPLAB49 and CPCPLAB11).

Not all lab management reimbursement requirements apply to each product; providers should review member plan documents for coverage eligibility.
