Coronavirus Testing in the Outpatient Setting
This policy outlines lab management reimbursement criteria for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) testing in the outpatient setting and the circumstances under which testing may be reimbursable for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico members.
